Challange

After more than seven years on the market, Link Group needed a refreshed and unified identity. Their previous logo lacked recognition and scalability, while the overall system was fragmented and inconsistent. Despite an impressive client portfolio, the brand did not project the image of a true technology leader. Our task was to define a clear direction, strengthen their positioning, and unify the visual language.

Concept

The foundation of the new branding was built on four core pillars: Business (supporting client challenges on a daily basis), Knowledge (with a strong portfolio of specialists, most with over seven years of experience), Community (cultivated both within the organization and externally), and Character (the brand’s unique identity). These four elements informed the new logo and a robust color system designed to support the company’s diverse activities.

Solution

The implementation relied on a color-coded structure, with each branch of activity — marketing, sales, specialists, consulting, and recruitment — represented by its own palette. A system for placing key visual elements was introduced to ensure consistency across all brand materials. This approach made the identity flexible, yet cohesive, across every channel.

Results

Link Group gained a modern website built on the integrated HubSpot system, supporting everyday marketing operations. The rebrand extended to social media, sales materials, video content, and presentations — all contributing to a stronger image of Link Group as a leader in IT outsourcing in Poland. The refreshed identity not only elevated the brand but also set a new direction that continues to drive the company forward today.
